Drawing on our skills and experience in engineering, industrial design and new product implementation, three founding partners launched ide in 2003 to address the need for a complete product development service. Since then we’ve been growing our team, refining our processes and expanding our portfolio, all in the service of bringing profitable and user-friendly products to market for our clients.

Clinical Trial Activity
ide is involved in new product development for concept to creation, and is regularly involved in implementing verification and validation activities on behalf of our clients. This includes being involved in and providing assistance with clinical trial activities.
Infrastructure
ide is and ISO9001 certified product development group, currently working toward ISO13485 certification.
ide has a team of around 15 permanent staff accross the key functions required to get a product to market including industrial design, engineering (mechanical, electrical & software), new product implementation/manufacturing, quality assurance and regulatory affairs.
Our people are located in our product devlopment offices in Sydney, Australia, in Hershey, PA in the US and in our joint venture manufacturing facility in Shenzhen, China.
