Grants & Assistance
The federal government's business.gov.au offers you one-stop access to all the government information, forms and services a buisness may need. It's a whole-of-government service providing essential information on planning, starting and growing your business.
Grants and other funding programs are available from the Australian, state and territory governments and in some cases from local councils. There are grants and other assistance available for business activities such as expanding your business, research and development, innovation and exporting.
You may also find it useful to contact an advisory service for information on what support is available for your business.
To help you locate grants and assistance relevant to your business, the government has created a search tool called Grant Finder. Using Grant Finder, you can search for grants and assistance programs available within your state or territory, in addition to those provided by the Australian government.
Please be aware that due to the large volume of data, Grant Finder may take a few moments to load.
There is information about almost 600 State and Commonwealth grants for businesses available here
