MBG’s competitive advantage lies in the unique features of our non-GM yeasts that convert plant biomass into ethanol and protein. We are the only company to have tackled this problem using natural breeding and selection. The yeast strains are in hand and the MBG process is ready to go. Our yeasts:

do not have to be contained and can be used in the human food chain.
are based on those used in the baking and brewing industries.
Give 90% efficient production of ethanol and yeast protein products.
