Anatomics is a Melbourne based medical device company producing the highest quality patient specific implants and surgical BioModels for surgeons and hospitals both locally and internationally. Founded in 1996 following a research collaboration at the Queensland Manufacturing Institute (QMI), the company pioneered 3-dimensional anatomical model construction and explored the practical applications in the surgical arena.
The Company developed innovative software to convert and edit DICOM scan data (CT, MRI etc) into a 3-dimensional format for subsequent production of implantables and BioModels.
Anatomics develops, manufactures and markets innovative surgical products for the Oral & Maxillofacial, Craniofacial, Orthopaedic and Neurosurgical specialties.
